Strava Challenge #4 – Lake Johnson Loop

So you like Strava Challenges? We have another for you! If you haven’t already, join the Sir Walter Running Strava club here: https://www.strava.com/clubs/SirWalterRunning (and click join). You can even go to SirWalterStrava.com

As heard on the Summer of Miles podcast, this next Sir Walter Running Strava Challenge will be the well traveled Lake Johnson Loop! Here’s the “Official” Strava Segment.

The fastest Men’s and Women’s times by midnight on July 31, 2017 will gain a spot in the Citius Mag presents the Raleigh Denim Mile at the Sir Walter Miler on Friday, August 4th.

The address for Lake Johnson is 4601 Avent Ferry Rd, Raleigh, NC 27606. Some extra help on where to start (and end) is below!

This is your “Lake Johnson Loop” Starting Line (and finish line).
If you’re wondering if you’re in the right place, we’ve tagged the back of the “Please pick up my Poop” sign
Once you see the bridge, you’ve got about 1/4 mile to go
At the end of the bridge, take that right
Then veer to the left
Once you get that Lake Johnson sign in your sight, you’re almost done!
